Onyx did a patio job for me. The communication was great and they made the process super easy. I’ve found customer service is not the greatest these days and many people / companies don’t folllow up on their word, pleasantly this was not the case with Onyx. The started the job as planned and finished sooner than originally discussed. The service was great, they worked quickly, throughly cleaned up, and worked carefully not creating any issues or making more work for themselves. They handled all of the paperwork and kept me informed of the status from the onset thru the completion. Highly recommended !!!!!

Recently used ONYX to replace crumbling cement stairs in Oak Lawn area. Once project began, they were quick but thorough. Stairs turned out beautiful! The ONYX team was very professional and easy to work with! Will be using them again if further cement projects needed.

He came out in his company truck to my home looked at the porch took pictures and they came out him and his guys with all the equipment and he did a nice presentation of what he’s gonna be doing when they get done they clean everything up.
